I've been telling you now for a while that I have been taking some classes to become a healer. My approach to this is grounded in something that totally gets downplayed in church. Jesus said to the boys, Peter specifically, "All these things I do you will do. And so much more." He was referring to the healing. I'm sure the boys would have loved to manifest food without work any time they needed it... upholding Jewish law and all. Oh cause let's not forget that they were Jewish and followed the laws as best as they could being human and all. But that is a lecture for another time from someone with more knowledge than I. But the healing was what was really making a name for them, good bad or indifferent.
So the church won't teach it. And all Christian styled churches have tried very hard to brand anyone who shares the gift with Christ as a heretic, New Ager or some kind of devil worshipper who gets off on the Forbidden. Who then will teach it? A heretic, New Ager of some one who knows the difference between paranoid propaganda and the true proprietary powers of Heaven. In defense of anyone who would teach or learn the "esoteric arts", I feel compelled to point out that when the boys went crying to Jesus that some pagan who refused to convert to their way of living was healing in Christs name, Jesus said to them it matters not in whose name the work is done. Only that the Father's work was done. So there [sticking out tongue]. I know, not mature. But hey, it isn't that mature to be a crybaby tattletale either. Yeah, keep lookin' at Petey.
So let me hit the highlights: the Universe is made of energy that resonates at a variety of frequencies. This gets kinda complicated in a quantum way when you start looking at energy, matter, density and the like. Essentially matter is energy with a dense, low frequency resonance. The things that we consider "etheric" resonate at a higher frequency with no material manifestation. Energy is all around us with a positive or negative polarity. This should not be confused with the connotative expression of good and bad. The energy that makes us sick or sad is just energy that got stuck in dense material. And a healer's job is to make the energy flow. Flowing energy is healthy. Stuck energy is not. Simple. Basic... a nutshell.
So how does it work? Well if you want a brainy intellectual highly detailed explanation to fill a tome to rival anything Hawking wrote then look somewhere else. The Jewish Sephirot, the Tree of Life, is a good primer. The Buddhist description of Chakras is the most usable to teach yourself how this works if you are the brainy type. But if you operate on instinct then Chi Qong is going to be the thing to use to strengthen your skills. No matter what system you use to appease your brain, you are essentially learning the thing that Jesus was born knowing; unless the rumors of his training in the farther East are true but again... that is for another time. And that is this:
The energy that gives life comes from the Universe itself. For those who believe in a Deity that means we are talking about your God. But it isn't just this once bestowed gift. It isn't like being given a gift from your friends. This energy is the essence of your God/Creator and it is never truly parted from it's source. It is the equivalent of Mother's milk from which you are never weaned. As I said, since this energy manifests the physical world as well as the spiritual sometimes it gets hung up. Our suffering, loosely associated with the physicist's definition of entropy, is a result of stuck energy. Jesus just knew how to get it unstuck. No, I don't know where all that teaching went. Rest assured since it would have undermined the Body's need for Roman leadership as being able to live in the flow of energy on one's own lessens one's dependence on a spiritual level the powers that be would never have allowed the teaching to remain part of the Christian life. But again...
So very basically what we are doing is 1st learning not to be distracted by the painful stuff. 2nd to lose the connotations of good and bad. 3rd to see how the energy is supposed to flow. 4th feel the flow. 5th find the blockages. 6th release the blockages and then the 7th step live in t he flow. Granted these 7 steps are ridiculously truncated. It isn't as simple for us as I've made it seem. That is probably what astounded the boys and Jesus' detractors. But I'll tell you, for as much meditation as this requires I can certainly see why Jesus was forever taking off on his own.
Our material world is very distracting and full of places where energy can get stuck. A healer has to take themselves out of the fray and reconnect with the energetic Flow that emanates from the source... your God. Those who don't connect to their Creator are going to live disturbed and disjointed lives. it doesn't matter if that connection happens in a church body, out in the woods or through the imitative act of creating, only that it happens at all. Your God invites you in an individual way to reconnect with it. Each person is hardwired to respond to its creator in different ways, in as many ways as this intelligent energy has of self expression their are ways to connect.
I have met someone who can do this so intuitively that he doesn't even know how he does it. Your energy talks to his and he acts as the conduit. It was amazing to watch. He hasn't made it his livelihood. He is a film maker by trade but his gift is freely given to anyone who needs it. It was a joy to be able to help him understand what he was doing but so much more joyful to watch how those around him felt better. Of course I found people who thought that he was weird. As I know them fairly well I can say that relish their dis-ease with life. And here is the most basic thing about the work. Energy will not flow within you in a healthy manner until you are willing to let it flow in a healthy manner. Your client/patient must participate in their own healing for it to be truly effective. You can dust off the top of the pain. But for their to be true healing the patient has to want to have the positive flow more than the negative.
It's taken a long time for me to be able to do this with any kind of success. But I finally did it a few weeks ago. A quick session to remove the most troubling pain. A diagnosis confirmed by a professional doctor and the symptoms have been noticeably reduced. The client/patient took steps on her own to ensure success with a shift in diet. And we will work together to deal with some stress management. I may be able to convince her to let me teach her how to do this for herself.
And I hope you can set aside the learned response to such teachings and manifest a positive energy flow in your own lives.
I have no idea what that first comment said. But I'm glad you're writing again.
ReplyDeleteTo Motion,
ReplyDeleteI am thankful for the comment and your interest in my musings. Google translate was only helpful in telling me what you wrote but not in how to interpret your message.
Could you send me a link to the incentive you mentioned? Thank you.
