Sitting in a coffee shop and hearing a conversation between two people. Not unusual. But the lady next to me was amazed that two people could have a conversation without having met before. It's a coffee shop. Isn't that what we are supposed to be doing in coffee shops? We make friends in addition to meeting old friends. Um... duh.
