I found a tutorial for creating banners on blogger platform. I've made my banner. I am not trying to figure out how to apply it to the blog. But it is coming. Or I will crash the whole thing. Learning to do these techno things by degree is a slow and painful process. But we'll see.
I have a blank blog I am going to test this on and will get back to you later.
