You're Gonna Get Sick of Looking at This Face

Guisseppi Verdi, Italian composer of the late 1800s, died in 1901. This cat is not named for him though he is my second favorite classical composer. I am going to be obsessed with getting photos of the exact hue of green that inspired the name "verdigris". In the mean time, I get shots like this. Totally unplanned and totally sweet.

Verdi came with injuries as I said. One of them was a big bite out of the bottom of his chin. As it is healing the skin has pulled tight so that he always looks like he is talking out of the side of his mouth. Which is funny when he does the whole freak out about noises face. He looks like Peter Lorre contemplating a crime.
